 First Time Access:
To begin, click on the New User button and fill in all text boxes:   **Please note that security access has been upgraded your password can only be 8 characters in length.  If your password was less then 8 characters, please contact M&I Benefit Services  @1-800-236-3539 to have your access re-set.

Once you are set up, you will Login with that User Name and Password that you have chosen.

Forgot your User Name and Password?
To reset your User Name and Password, click on Lost Password. The system will ask you a couple of questions. Once that is completed you will receive an email with the User Name and Password that you have chosen.

1) CLICK HERE FOR ACCOUNT ACCESS:
This will allow participants to access their account history, including account balances, last disbursement and claim history information. You can also send an email inquiry and update your personal address information.
Please note these account balances are refreshed nightly.
This site is only accessible to participants who have an FSA through their employer with M&I Trust Company as the service provider.

2) CLICK HERE FOR BENEFIT INFORMATION:
This allows participants to obtain all FSA forms and learn more about flexible benefits at your convenience. You can also submit claims and send an email inquiry.
